CORNELIA STREET

We'll head to 23 Cornelia Street, on the left side of the road. This is one of the most beautiful, and shortest streets in the Village. It only runs this one block and if you blink when you're walking down Bleeker, you just might miss it.

The street was likely named after Cornelia Herring, daughter of Elias Herring, who, in the 18th century, owned the land the street now runs along.
